Why practice with CanQuiz
A mark that explains itself
From 0 to 100, with what you missed said in one sentence. Not just “wrong”.
As strict as your examiner
You choose how it grades: lenient, normal, strict or examiner.
Free, with AI included
No subscription, no card. Each grading counts as one of your included generations.
From an option quiz to an open one
When you finish an option quiz, you can ask for the same questions to answer in writing.
Grading that tells you what’s missing
It doesn’t stop at right or wrong: it reads what you wrote and tells you which idea is missing, even if you put it in different words.
How it grades
What is photosynthesis?
You’re on the right track: it’s how plants make their food. But you don’t say how they do it.
What’s missing: that they use sunlight to turn water and carbon dioxide into glucose and oxygen.
Frequently asked questions
How does the AI know if my answer is right?
It compares it with each question’s expected answer and checks whether you explain the same ideas, even in different words. You can see that expected answer whenever you like.
Can I make it more or less strict?
Yes. Next to the mark you choose how it grades: lenient, normal, strict or examiner. If you change the level after grading, you can grade that answer again.
Does grading cost anything?
Each grading counts as one of your included generations: 20 a month and up to 15 a day, no card. With your own AI key you grade without a limit.
Can I write the questions myself?
Yes. In the manual editor you add open questions with their expected answer, and the AI grades them the same way. Writing them costs nothing; grading them does.
Is it useful for civil-service exam topics?
It helps you practice explaining each topic in your own words. It doesn’t simulate the official exam and no real examiner grades you: the mark is a guide.
Do I need an account?
To be graded, yes: grading counts against your account’s allowance. Creating one is free.
Your exam won’t have options
Practice by writing the answer, which is how you’ll do it on exam day.
